According to court records obtained by Mosytee Blog, a dispute between Tiger Woods and his former girlfriend has resulted in a court case in Florida. After breaking up with her in October, Woods allegedly locked her out of their shared seaside mansion located on the Treasure Coast.
Erica Herman, Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend, has filed a lawsuit against a homestead trust that Woods controls in Hobe Sound, Florida, instead of directly against the golfer. Herman is seeking over $30 million in damages, claiming that the trust and its agents misappropriated $40,000 of her cash. Furthermore, she alleges that the trust made "scurrilous and defamatory allegations" about how she obtained the money.

Her lawsuit claimed that the duties she performed were of an exceptional nature, considering the circumstances and environment in which she resided.
In a separate legal action filed this week, Herman also sued Woods and requested the court to invalidate her non-disclosure agreement with him that was signed in 2017. She argued that the agreement is unenforceable under the federal Speak Out Act, which prohibits the enforcement of such agreements in cases involving sexual assault or harassment.

According to the lawsuit against the trust, Erica Herman claimed that she was coerced out of her residence by agents of the trust who tricked her into believing she was going on a short vacation, prompting her to pack a suitcase.
Upon arriving at the airport, they informed her that she had been locked out of her home, which violated the oral tenancy agreement and Florida law.
In response to the lawsuit, the trust has asked the court to order confidential arbitration for the dispute. It argued that the non-disclosure agreement between Woods and Herman mandates arbitration for such disagreements and that Herman chose to sue the trust instead of Woods to avoid this requirement, thereby seeking to "gain leverage by litigating her disputes with Mr. Woods in a public forum."
The trust's court records indicate that Tiger Woods established the trust in 2017, with the sole potential beneficiaries being Woods and his children. The trust's only asset is its ownership interest in the residence at issue.
The trust filed a document in court stating that Erica Herman was invited to reside in the residence while in a relationship with her former boyfriend, Tiger Woods, who still lives there with his two children. However, after Woods ended their relationship, Herman was informed that she was no longer permitted to live in the residence.
